Architectural Control Committee
Submit your requests for the ARC at this link - www.arctracker.com/tannercrossings
The purpose of architectural controls is to preserve and enhance the property values and attractiveness of the Tanner Crossings neighborhood. It is not meant to discourage beautification and improvement by homeowners, since exterior improvements can enhance individual homes and contribute positively to neighborhood property values.
In general, any additions, alterations, or modifications to houses, fences, walls, screens, plantings, and other structures must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) as stipulated in the neighborhood covenants. This includes, but is not limited to, home additions, accessory buildings, fences, decks, significant plantings, tree removal, windows and doors, and repainting. It also includes exterior repairs or reconstruction as a result of environmental damage.
The online form found below is to be completed by the homeowner and submitted to the ACC for approval before beginning any work. All contact information is needed on the ACC form. Not submitting the proper forms and information will delay the process. Requests and alterations must conform to all local Zoning and Building Regulations. If your request is approved, you are responsible for obtaining the required permits.
If your request is denied by the ACC you may appeal to the Board of Directors for further review. If all required materials or information is not included with this form at the time of submission, the time period does not apply for approval/disapproval.
Please allow thirty (30) days upon receipt of a complete application for a decision from the ARC. Thirty days starts when the application is complete.
Resident Engagement Committee
The Resident Engagement Committee is our version of a social committee. Our vision for the social committee is to plan activities that build community and foster neighborhood engagement. We want to get to know our neighbors and that's the only metric that matters on this committee - more neighborhood connections.
We are looking for interested residents to join this committee!
